SAPO and Postbank systems are up and running. The deployment of the UPS and backup power at our data centre was successful and now all SAPO systems are protected from any future power failures.

Hi Dena, the delay on your parcel is certainly not normal - please send a mail with the tracking number to Johan.Kruger@postoffice.co.za. the parcel may be held by SARS because they are unsure of whether import tax should be levied.

An ordinary letter envelope will cost you R7.40. Note that although Fastmail gets preferential treatment, the envelopes are not tracked - for that feature, please use Speed Servces.
