I’ve seen comments abt the FL ballot order case that state that the way FL orders names is another example of Rs rigging elections. To be clear, law enacted in 1951, & has therefore advantaged both Rs & Ds. But Rs have held Govship for last 20 yrs so adv to them for a while now.
