Based on my experience making embedded systems with browser interfaces I d expect this is something to be found in browser source code, not in the JS layer. Also can imagine there is a bit more complicated heuristics behind this than just reading a single number.

API различие заметно, но под капотом при изменении массива так же нужно по нему пройти только теперь проход скрыт в коде фреймворка и у девелопера нет контроля над ним. Более того на выходе дополнительный язык на который нужно учить и найти способ дебажить. Или кейс не валидный?

Ты имеешь ввиду что логика не декларативная? Разве ее добавление в темплейты не переносит магию внутрь фреймворка? Который по прежнему должен сопоставлять DOM с требуемым виртуальным состоянием компонента?

А как без виртуального представления и соотношения компонент - дом узел понять в каком узле нужна замена? Должна быть как минимум хеш таблица которая и есть оптимизированный под доступ виртуальный DOM. Или нет?

These are small improvements that might lead to completely another level of DX allowing then swing further. This is how progress is made. Once you are comfortable enough with the new ground you go further🤓
