In defense of the accusation. This is exactly how cognitive bias works, you are told/asked one thing, hear a slightly different thing and interpret it as something even more different... Psychologically really interesting

Need to add to this. One thing it does seem to show, the investigator went 'believing' in advance the accusation of AS which made him unable to conduct the investigation in a balanced way.

Very interesting, & revealing, read, which goes some way to explaining how they scratch around to pick the slightest, tenuous, thread, & in this case, there was absolutely NONE, in order to MANUFACTURE instances of 🙄

Interesting. I notice one respondent pointed out that the name Westerman indicated Jewish heritage. Yet, as any genealogist knows, Westerman goes back to the middle ages meaning a man from the west or who lived by a western gate to a city.
