The last goodbye !! Today at Nepal border two got killed by train collision. That is what happening with Asia’s biggest vertebrate. Elephants are social animals, they give distress call when in danger & hence even large number dies in such accidents. In remote corners.

In ancient India ‘Van Gaman’ was part of life style. It was voluntary as well as forced exile. Many characters of our epics went voluntarily to spend their retired life in calmness. So many examples. The humble abodes.

This video shows how herds cross through infrastructure. See how they have made a compact group. Led by strong members. All just to cross a small road. Have witnessed many such scenes. Video is from Hasdeo Arand region of Korba district, sent earlier by a friend.

At times you don't need to react. Just watch and observe what people are saying. This Bear took it seriously. He was recently caught relaxing ‘Just Like A Human’ on a couch someone threw away.
