The press is to be neutral, but it’s hard not to root for a school that provides designated parking, good seating in the press box, snacks and drinks. And Wi-Fi. The King’s Academy set to kick off in a big region contest against Friendship Christian.

Me: What's something nice Jesus did for you? 5YO: He made us. Me: Good! What else? 5YO: He made us with skin so we wouldn't hurt and be sticky. Me: Uh ... 7YO: And he gave us bones so we wouldn't be squishy. Me: Not really where I was going, but yes, that was thoughtful.

If Jesus spent 8 hours a day, every day, for 3 years w/his disciples, he would have spent over 8,000 hours w/them. And after all that time, they still had significant gaps! And we think 1 hour a week on Sunday morning is gonna change people? We need a life that abides in him.
