Asking doctors to lie to their patients is flat out wrong, yet it’s something restrictive abortion laws force providers to do daily.

Voters’ top concern is health care. No wonder -- the Trump-Pence administration has spent 3 years trying to take it away from millions. Now its health secretary admits that the big idea to replace lost access is … nothing. No thanks.

Powerful testimony: “I cannot reconcile that our government trusted me to hold weapons of protection for our country and serve as a respected member of our armed services, but could not trust me to make the right decision over my own body.”

Why do we need ? Because nearly 40 million women of reproductive age live in states that are considered hostile to abortion rights. All people should be able to get timely, affordable & high-quality abortion care regardless of where they live!

Ms. Alvarado: I did not need or benefit from the waiting period, 600 mile round trip, or protesters outside. Because of the Hyde Amendment, I couldn't use my TriCare to pay for my abortion. A week later I was deployed to Afghanistan with no money to my name.

Your access to abortion, or any other constitutional right, should not depend on your zip code. Congress must pass the Women’s Health Protection Act.
