The second phase of for Philly tenants affected by COVID-19 begins soon. 🗓️Deadline is September 30 or when funding runs out. Phase 1 helped more than 4,000 people. Phase 2 goal: 6,300 renters. Get more info➡️

Funding comes to Pennsylvania from the federal CARES Act. is distributing funds to each county in the state. Phase 1 was able to assist more than 4,000 tenants. Phase 2 will allow about 6,300 more renters to get help.

Yes, tenants were already randomly selected to receive assistance, but we are expecting to have another selection round soon. Also note that Governor Wolf has halted all evictions until July 10, 2020.
