Was that picture from the last minute winning free kick against St. Mirren? Belter of a strike.

McFadden really did just have a little bit of magic in him that few other Scotland players had/have.

I mean, we could first talk about how the perfect passer rating is 158.3. Was close between Brees, Luck and Big Ben this week. Brees edged it in our throw by throw grading. Not every touchdown is graded the same.

USA going for an unbeaten 2018. Hard to see them not getting that, but a good test for Scotland ahead of the World Cup.

In the past couple of years two guys I played football with died suddenly, both under 30 years old. Humbling reminder to make the most of the life we have, because tomorrow isn't promised to any of us.

Had the pleasure of playing football with Robert in Fife a few times. Incredibly passionate about football and analytics. Devastated for his family, friends and everyone at Brentford.

Ingram one was. The other two were in the end zone and one just outside. Ben got the credit for that TD. He's still had a really high grade this week

I don't think he's getting to him even if the block in the back doesn't happen. Hill's already winning laterally imo

Pretty close. Had one of the top coverage grades of the week among LBs

Yeah when the block in the back occurs he looks like he's already getting passed the player. Happens a lot actually, block in the back penalty that really wasn't needed rules out a TD

Game grades for kickers can't get too high because of the sample size. Anything in the 70s in a game is really good, and if you're 70 every game then you wind up in the 90s overall for the season

That being said, the fumble wound up being evenly graded because he recovered it

Brees also had a rushing TD. Two of Ben's passing TDs were short passes where the TD was more about YAC. We're grading everything on a play by play level. Otherwise we'd just go off box score stats, which defeats the purpose of what we do
