The five highest graded punts of Week 2. Hang time to let the coverage team get downfield. Distance to flip field position. Pinning the ball between the numbers and sideline to limit the return.

Season grade isn't worked out by taking the grade for the first two weeks and dividing it by two. Otherwise sample size would be a big issue. Being consistently in the 80s week to week is really difficult to do, so anyone that does will likely be in the 90s overall

He's the highest graded safety through two weeks. Was on the Team of the Week in Week 1, but not Week 2.

Right, cos he only played a handful of snaps. He graded really well, but we apply some nuance to things like our Team of the Week with regards to guys who played really well but did it on 15 or so snaps.

Sample size. The mistake we made with that graphic (and acknowledged by fixing when we repeated it) was to remove the grades of guys with too small a sample to make their grade stable enough.

The Cleveland Browns have played two teams who made the divisional round of the playoffs last year and should/would be 2-0 if not for special teams woes.

Derek Carr chasing the single game completion percentage record 6 days after having his performance universal slammed is the perfect microcosm for the opening two weeks of the season.
