Medical call this morning in Scarborough for a 5 year old trouble breathing, it ended up he swallowed a piece of LEGO. Child is okay. Just a cautionary tweet. Enjoy your day ✌🏼

It’s really tough sometimes, I’m only human and stress gets to me. Not Policing stress, just the stress of wondering if it’s too early to eat an entire pack of gummy bears. Too…

I don’t remember every artist I’ve made or ricket I’ve given, but I certainly cherish these moments and they’ll stay with me. Sometimes, it’s okay to have a little fun.

No there’s a fitness aspect to use of force yearly training, officers must pass.

Not required for fitness in its own, but for yearly use of force re-qualification where there’s a physical aspect 👍🏼

We’re extremely thankful and proud of our Auxiliary officers, they’ve been volunteering their time around the clock collecting toys for this years Toy Drive. They couldn’t do it alone, we’re also thankful for our community, you continue to give. Thank you!

Depends on the Unit you transfer to, K9 is a great example. Must always be I top shape to pass standards.

Never stop training. Always improve yourself, like here. A finely tuned piece of law enforcement.

You don’t decide to transfer to one day. K9 officers started their training years before a spot even became available and they competed and prove themselves against other officers who applied. Your training doesn’t stop when you’re hired and handed your badge.

Toronto Police Horse line up. Every time I seen the horses at their Unit, the officers are working hard either training, cleaning the stables, or spending time with their partners. I think they’re incredibly lucky. They love their job and it shows 💙
