It is difficult. Addictions to sugar trump over addictions to cocaine. It is really strong stuff that impacts the brain in serious ways. It is the basis of so many food companies, though. If you were ever able to get off it - you would be shocked by the results.

More important than good or bad sleep: Nutrition. Don't eat processed carbs. Minimize gluten intake. Try to stay under 20-30 G sugar daily. Don't drink soda.

My immediate post-draft thoughts after NYG selected DeAndre Baker in 2019

250 Names + background notes + career notes down, 750 to go for the 2021 NFL Draft class.

He was my top CB at Shrine week. He was on a different level than the others but a poor workout hurt him much more than it should have. He’s a player.

I know the drafted multiple interior OL - but Warford to BAL makes too much sense to ignore.

He's got legit 4.3 speed but he doesn't always play to it when he is getting in and out of his breaks. Gets pushed around a bit. But speed can kill if used properly and if he can develop the other traits well enough. I see him as a Corey Coleman-backup candidate.

You will like Victor as well. Speed and power presence are questions marks but he plays loose and bendy, really good route running potential. Can go up and get it.

I think there is a good shot both make it. Victor’s questions will be a lack of speed on a frame that will struggle to hold up against physical corners. He is going to have a hard time getting open but he does do the little things right when running routes.

Most likely NYG UDFA signing: Austin Mack - WR/Ohio State Surprised to see them look past WR during draft but they knew draftable grades would be available in free agency. Gave Mack a big bonus and has pro-ready traits to compete for the #4 job right away.

Most likely WAS UDFA signing: Thaddeus Moss - TE/LSU Not an every down TE candidate but the cupboard is pretty bare at the position group and Moss can provide an ideal compliment to the weapons they have in the passing game. Haskins thrives with underneath/intermediate guys

Most likely DAL UDFA signing: Darius Anderson - RB/TCU I think he goes to camp and immediately poses as the third best back and could even challenge Pollard for some carries. Explosive through the hole combined with plus-vision. Gives them more big play potential back there

Most likely PHI UDFA signing: Luke Juriga - OC/Western Michigan Had a draftable grade on him, similar build and style to what they have in Kelce. Pure gamer that plays well on the move. Don't be surprised to see Kelce retiring post-2020.

Most likely TB UDFA signing: Michael Divinity Jr - LB/LSU Don't forget he was the starter over Patrick Queen at start of 2019. Getting back in the same room as former LSU teammate Devin White can bring out the best in the inside/outside, on ball/off ball versatile threat.

Most likely CAR UDFA signing: Omar Bayless - WR/Arkansas State Gotta play offense too down there. After using every pick on defense, Bayless led their UDFA pool with a $100,00 bonus and fits the Rhule-toughness approach. Slot candidate esp if Samuel gets traded.

Most likely NO UDFA signing: Marquez Callaway - WR/Tennessee Had WR as their top need heading in to the draft, as the drop off behind Thomas/Sanders is dangerously steep. Callaway also adds another return option to the table an interesting vertical-passing game tools.

Most likely ATL UDFA signing: Trevon McSwain - DT/Duke A lesser version of Marlon Davidson but may have a higher athletic upside and will offer similar inside-out versatility on a front that needs to find a way to generate more pressure with four guys.
