I love how much interaction Emmeline gets. Just seen massive group of tourists having their photo taken with her. Now I’m sat opposite a young person telling their (I’m assuming) grandad about the statue. Does any other statue in Manchester get this much love?

We were so excited to take delivery of our shiny new donations box yesterday! Our museum is free to visit, but it does cost a lot for us to keep things running, so we are extremely grateful to everyone who donates and helps our doors stay open! 💜 💚

How wonderful, and very heart-warning for the sculptor, all those months in the studio were worthwhile!
