Passport facial recognition checks fail to work with dark skin. The Home Office has confirmed that it knew the system had trouble mapping the faces of some ethnic minorities - but decided to launch the service regardless.

My Yoruba people. I have one small challenge for you. When you hear someone trying to speak Yoruba and they mess up the intonation, please try not to laugh. I know it is engrained to giggle or laugh. I know it makes you feel more Yoruba. Please to correct us kindly. God bless.

Someone else in that room charges law students £70 for a group dinner where they may ask one question, but let me not speak too much. It's really sickening how these gatekeepers manipulate and exploit the struggle of minorities to line their own pockets.

I'll never forget at the lowest point in my uni experience I asked someone here if they would mentor me, they said no and I just started crying loool. Anyway the white legal director did, ended up interning at their company, then ended up at a top global law firm 18 months later.

I'm not even bitter fair play to them - but a lot of so called Black leaders just do this stuff for optics and accolades. They don't care about making any concrete change or supporting anyone from under-served communities.

I absolutely hate when people use “Africa” as the yardstick for poverty, suffering and less fortunate. Meanwhile there are places in your beloved America with unsafe, unclean water. It just fuels such a disdain and condescending attitude towards the continent and it’s people
