I'll be very interested to see how this process works out. Lack of effective consultation has been a key criticism of decision to void Steps 3-7. If this works it could be the consultation blueprint for all NLS Leagues going forward.

Reading between the lines seems they are being given scenarios to vote for on how final tables should look etc, quite interesting. Re votes - back in the day the South and North was only one vote per league based on what majority wanted (then each Prem club had one vote each)...
