. Burned alive for speaking up. Disgusting. Such profound courage: “In the ambulance, fearing she might not survive, she recorded a statement on her brother's phone. "The teacher touched me, I will fight this crime till my last breath."”

Absolutely! I talk about mixed “heritage”, not “race”, for exactly that reason. Mixed experience is so diverse. For me, that’s what is about. Not a label, but a tool to amplify an idea; it’s about embracing ambiguity and nuance. Overlap, not separation. No boxes!

Any mixed heritage kids in this? Or is it the same old “us and them” narrative? Genuinely curious. I frequently do voiceover work on (brown and white voices) but have never auditioned for a mixed role. Surely it’s time to leave binaries behind?

Another myth: "The massacre...in Amritsar was indeed ‘monstrous’, as Churchill said at the time, but it was atypical." It was not atypical, it was typical. Churchill criticised Dyer, not colonial violence; it was PR to rehabilitate Empire.

My serious Q&A face! I was shocked to discover that the 120 bodies recovered from the well is one of the myths. There is no evidence of this. Facts matter.
