I have some out, some get categorised and filed, a few get tied with ribbon and stored in a special box and some remain perpetually in the ‘to be revisited’ drawer. I’ve been decluttering recently, but I find cards and letters the hardest to say goodbye to.

I’m a big keeper of cards, as you know. I have my life story in cards.

The unexpected pleasure of having an actual envelope to open, and then a card to read, hold and appreciate. Simple things. I feel seen and valued. And now I’m going to pay it forward, cos that’s how kindness should work 💚

For those receiving a-level results and maybe undecided on the future take a look here for information on allied health careers, or if anyone has any questions about OT specifically I’d be happy to try and answer them 😊

Now isn’t the time to school a grieving family on their social media skills. I get you intended to help. They said you didn’t and they are the experts on their situation. Reflect. Don’t defend. Don’t blame the family. That’s not fair.
