Perhaps you could get an exposure tracing app rolled out for the state then. Or maybe coordinate with Washington and Idaho’s health departments and do one for cascadia as a whole?

The problem is that they don't want to because "it costs money". Personally, I think they don't know how to count the cases PROPERLY (Like actually counting who actually has been tested positive for COVID-19) and are just flying by the seat of their pants.
