Proof of English can include but not limited to: 1. IELTS (Most preferable) 2. TOEFL 3. Certificate of English language proficiency from your previous school of study (Least Preferable)

Nigeria Polytechnic certificate is not a sufficient entry qualification for a Master's study in Germany. However, one can be able to use a polytechnic certificate for a Bachelor's degree course.
