Where are your old notes stored? There's a few different formats that we support importing:

We chose not to store passwords in our system because this method is more secure - that said, we do plan on adding in more login options in the future. We’ll add your +1 to prioritize this! For the time being, are you able to use the “Continue with Google” option?

We went ahead and escalated your feedback regarding the login process to our leadership team, to advocate for adding in additional login options. In the meantime, we do offer the "continue with Google" login as well, which is a bit faster.

Notion should keep you logged in for 90 days, so there might be a bug. What version of the app is logging you out? Also worth noting here that we're working on a new feature that will open links in the desktop app natively, appreciate you bearing with us while we work on that.

Appreciate the honest feedback Amy, and apologies for the frustrating experience here. We chose not to store passwords in our system for higher security, but are certainly open to adding in additional login options in the future. That said...

If you open "Settings & Members” in the left sidebar, it will show you how many blocks you've used!

There isn't a way to disable the modal overlay, but agree that level of customization would be helpful to add in! We'll add your +1 to support that in the future.

Not at the moment, but a lot of Evernote users have been asking for this, so definitely on our radar! Will add your +1 to prioritize these.

If your tasks are spread across multiple databases, you can use the "Create Linked Database" block to add multiple inline views of your databases into one page, then set up filters for each one. Hopefully that helps?

Within one workspace, we recommend consolidating your tasks into one database, and then setting up with a view with a filter that contains "You" as the assignee, so you can see all of the tasks assigned to you.

Not at the moment, unfortunately. Workspaces are completely separate silos with no way to link content between them.

Great idea, thanks so much for sharing this! A few other users have asked for a voting/rating type feature as well - we'll add your +1 to prioritize this!

If you delete your account, all of your workspaces will be deleted, but your data will be kept on our servers for 30 days before it's gone. Does that help clarify a bit?

Yes - the block limit is per-workspace, so blocks created on shared pages do count towards the block limit.

Create the 1v1 doc in the "Private" section of your sidebar, and then invite the other person using the “Invite a Person” button in the “Share” menu at the top of the page. You'll see it move to the "Shared" section of your sidebar, and only those two people can access it.
