Have you used TypeScript/JavaScript in Visual Studio? (not to be confused with VSCode). We would love to get some feedback on your experience ! Here is a quick 5 question survey! (Please RT): surveymonkey.com/r/6Y8QFRY

The survey lacks an important question: "how was your experience"

Great feedback! I do ask for name and email (optionally) as we are trying to build more personal relationships with our customers. I fear if I add that question no one will want to have these one on one conversations. Thoughts?

Hey Gabrielle, I’m a web dev in azure and I have a couple questions about the VS vs VSCode dynamic. Mind if I ping you on teams?

I try not to use VS it's very bulky and slow - painful compared to Visual Code.

The lack of eslint rule config support and no @PrettierCode formatting on save, made me prefer @code over #vs2019

All of these things plus the difficulty in telling VS I'm using CLI tools for compiling and linting and VS needs to but out trying to compile every TS file it can get its hands on, made us switch to code for clientside Dev, also better hmr & tsconfig support!
