From a practice perspective the key is doing something (anything!) clinical together! As a PCN we have low bowel screening uptake we are trying to convince others that our PCN giving these out will help improve cancer detection

even further, if we want General Practice to remain then all those who work within & around need to do their bit, make reasonable adjustments & actively participate. Abandoning those brave few CDs & others to solve everyone else’s problems will be a mistake.
