Pleased to meet Carles Puigdemont yesterday. The Catalan separatists have been treated awfully. Is that because they are Eurosceptics?

No, its not because they are eurosceptics. Its because they have broken the law.

They broke a law that prevents them from deciding about their own future. They broke a law that enslaves them. Such laws must be have been broken throughout history. Such laws had to be broken for Latin America to get rid of the spanish yoke, for instance.

Catalonian separatists want to break Spain, its constitution and the King. They’ve been treated awfully because they’ve treated Spaniards living in Catalonia awfully. Can’t be compared to Scotland which was its own nation before. Catalonia has never been an independent entity

Catalonia is a nation, and it has had it' s own laws so many times on its history, and its own Prince that was threat It as a King for Spain it self. But Spain has always pushed with force against Catalonia to not let it alone. It' s a long story of struggle for freedom.

They are our SNP ? I hate the SNP fake nationalist EU sell outs. If we treated them like the Catalans Nicola sturgeon would have been arrested. I find myself selfishly on the fence 😂

Well, Sturgeon didn't organize an illegal referendum against your law, constitution and will of Parliament. This snake did, even though he was warned by the courts several time that what he was doing had penal consequences according to the law.

No and it‘s not because they are separatists either. It‘s because they broke the Law. Just picture Ms. Sturgeon organizing a unilateral and illegal referendum for independence in Scotland, against the UK Government and the rule of Parlament, and then running away to evade trial.
