Kids in the audience yelling...โ€Send her back!โ€ Those children will attend schools with minority students and continue to use that language! Very sad and I refuse to remain silent in the face of racism and hate! And will always speak out when children are taught to hate!

Classroom management is focused on control. But we donโ€™t control people, we lead them. So focus less on gimmicks for behavior & focus more on leadership. Building essential R's (respect, relationships, responsibility, & relevance). We want students committed not just compliant.
