There is not much that a White House does that’s as important as what you did in the correspondence Office. Thank you for your service!

If it makes me a sell out to oppose a president who often speaks like a racist, acts like a misogynist and governs like a Russian then you’ve got me.

Watch the whole thing and then tell me which is better - that had no idea who Laura Ingraham was OR that she was too lazy to fact check her attack on him. Amazing to see athletes step into the leadership void created by our politics.

Did Moscow’s interference impact our election? They chose a candidate and bought ads to support him and attack opponents. They recruited activists to amplify his message. They organized rallies. They focused on swing states. They did what all campaigns do to win votes. So, yes.

For context, Obama expelled 35 Russian diplomats and sanctioned Russian individuals and entities for election interference. Conversely, last month Trump announced he was refusing to impose Russian sanctions passed nearly unanimously by a Republican controlled House and Senate.

Very stupid of Team Trump/Fox to claim latest Mueller indictments “vindicate” them: that talking point may gain them 24 hours self-reassurance, but also self-undercuts any basis to fire Mueller between now & next indictments. Mueller thought of that. Trump didn’t.

Now reading the full indictment - for all those 2015/6 stories of similarities between Trump and Sanders appeal - nobody ever mentioned the common support from the Russians.

Days like today are why Fox and right-wing media have spent months undermining Mueller: so that when an indictment drops, it has less credibility.

Great. A WH spox saying media and Dems more disruptive than a foreign entity attempting to influence our elections. There is something not right about Mr Gidley.
