I just remembered that I had my bike stolen out of my garage when I lived in Irvine. I reported it to Irvine PD and they found it elsewhere within the same apartment complex. I swear they thought I'd just forgotten where I'd left it... Anyway, hope you get yours back!

I hadn't thought about Slime Slurps for 30 years and yet I can still taste them in my brain...

3 years ago, I was utterly unable to speak in public. I took betablockers to speak at my own father’s funeral. And on Monday I did this. Love me, loathe me...whatever. But human to human, please try & recognise how urgent I believe this is by the sheer fucking terror in my voice

The BBC is enabling fascists and I'm ashamed of it. Here's my letter to Lord Hall.

This was a great read! Also, one of my earliest gaming memories is playing Moon Patrol in a fish and chip shop. Good times!

Del Toro's version made for good movies, but they didn't really encapsulate what I think is great about Hellboy, namely the dream-like mood, the pacing, the folklore-inspired narratives etc. Del Toro's films were more character driven and the story structure was more traditional.

Yeah, it is crazy to think about just how much time and effort goes into making all of those tiny details and also how most players will breeze right by without even noticing!

I don't think Hellboy will ever make for a good live action movie. I would love to see Netflix or somebody make an animated series of it that's totally faithful to the comics, though.

THREAD: Sekiro is basically a Rhythm game and heres how it uses to set its difficulty. Every attack has set timings like riffs in a song but instead of chords it uses anticipation to tell the player which note to play next and when. Eg. This boss is super intimidating.
