I had to buy a flash drive to store my memory for GTA V on 360. That was an 8 GB download, the 360 had like 3.5 GB.

just get 10tb should last you for next gen if only used for that. 3tb wont last that long. with 4k textures on games 4k bluray disk arent enough to contain these games.

i consider ssd to be better but the prices are gonna take forever for the amount of space to cost cost ratio hdd still beat it atm specially for higher end drives so far out of my higher capacity drive only seagate have failed me and those where the 3tb one so far my other

drives have been working without any issues still for storing stuff there's plan for like 40tb drives by around 2025/2026 to be on the market.
