Hello Mike, Thank you for your interest in Nexia. If you have an XL824, XL850 or XL1050 you will need to contact your certified Trane dealer and inquire about the Zsense930 Temperature sensor. This sensor is the only sensor that we support that is capable of your request.

Hello Spencer, we appreciate your feedback and it has not fallen on deaf ears. Our engineering team is always looking for ways to improve the Nexia system. Your feedback has been passed along. In the meantime scheduling can be done from the website, which has a different UI.

After the time zone has been adjusted ensure that your thermostat is not running your system. With your system off reboot your thermostat. This should fix your time issue. If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us.

Hello, please ensure that your time zone set properly on your Nexia account. Login to your account from a computer or laptop and click edit on the left hand side of the screen, near the account picture. On this screen you can adjust your time zone.
