First the waste-of-time quarantine rules. Then air bridges. Now it's all about a "quarantine exemption list".What an UTTER shambles. This industry needs urgent clarity, not wishy washy proposals leaked to the press.Wake up & realise the travel industry is on its knees.

We've been calling for a jobs first support package for the aviation sector. The Government were slow on the public health crisis and then slow on the unemployment crisis. They've sat by while redundancy notice after redundancy notice has been handed out.

If it is safe enough to be in A pub, A supermarket, The hairdressers, A crowded park, A crowded beach, A cinema, Or a plane, Then believe me, it is safe enough to be in A bus, and A train. 🚌🚂 Cc: who's leading this fight. We will win. 💪

Last time I flew through was on the evening of bank holiday Monday in August 2019 and it was dead. My FlyBe flight up to EDI only had 12 pax. I imagine on busy winter nights that it could be unpleasant though and they need a cheap food outlet that isn’t Café Nero!

What month did you fly through in?!?! December? I have flown there almost every year since 2006 and I have always found it exceedingly unpleasant. I was last there in August 2018 and they had refurbished departures which would’ve made it nicer had it not have been rammed.

I’ve only been once and it was a lengthy connection from BA to Loganair. My overriding memory is that the pub did nice food and that the airside area was quite small. I also *think* that it might be the only airport where BA have their own lounge and always board with airstairs

I agree (while I may be biased) but NCL is my favourite UK Airport. In terms of efficiency only SOU and CAX come close. I like BRS and T5 at LHR a lot though. LCY is also good when quiet.

MAN is an awful place and the only redeeming feature is KFC in T3. Other notable mentions should go to BFS, CFU, CMF, HER and ZTH.

Perhaps our Tony Holohan and will explain what “science” supports his poor travel advice that Irish families should cancel holidays in EU countries with lower Covid rates than Ireland?

The option of the quarantinee. You can chose if you want to quarantine on entering France as a Brit.
