Beginning to wonder what train companies consider good conditions. Too cold, too wet, too hot, too leafy. Perhaps the lines should have been built in a vacuum ?

One thing I'd love to see a UI design tool do is provide a robust solution for tables. The closest I've seen was with OmniGraffle - a bit like a context-aware component/symbol that made creating, editing and expanding tables so much easier.

I appreciate that everyone has to be based somewhere - but it's a bit frustrating when companies that offer SaaS products globally don't have any support available 9-5 for massive territories. Lose a local operator and replace them with a remote one somewhere to fill the void.

Wordpress in 7KB project is interesting and raises questions about the web's carbon footprint and bloated pages. I love fancy design and interactions but should sites delivering essential services like news and healthcare be as simple as possible?

juvenile heron gull in s'hampton has been hanging around a retail park for a week or so - fairly sure it can't fly and doesn't have any adult minders - something you could help with?

is there any way to change my subscription date (I need to bring it forward) or am I best cancelling and starting a new one? Can't see anything in subscription management area. Cheers

Ignore people telling you that user surveys are not a valid form of research; they're wrong. Different kinds of research yield different kinds of results - all can be useful in differing circumstances. The important thing is you're studying your users at all!

just realised I haven't received an email/pack since March. Did you do something with your subscriber list relating to GDPR? Shall I resubscribe?

Hello businesses and decision makers, me and my colleague have been refining our methods for conducting fast and lean design research. We will make a video but we want to answer your questions e.g. What is it? Why do it? Where is the value?

A question I'd like to see addressed: What's the most meaningful way to conduct user research without having access to an orgs customers?
