Have to say I'm not all that bothered by people that don't buy tickets on trains and hide in the toilet - i think everybody should be financially compensated for being in a train toilet anyway.

The problem is this isn't a rational debate. They'll just be labelled as actors, or painted as anti-American. Cognitive dissonance won't be swayed with reason.

My favourite design software has moved to this payment method. Really don't like it, it's very anti-user; clearly just a way to milk more from those that don't feel the need to constantly upgrade.

Not necessarily advocating for carousels but the aim of them isn't always a direct click. They could be informational or help inform a click later in the content.
