Seriously is there anything better in this world than a bunny? Madwoman with a mac or two, mostly less serious. Velociraptors on /

Apologies for not bringing you new discoveries from my probability travels. In the last few weeks my littlest companion, Jett, fell ill. She's on the way up and doing exceptionally well for an eleven year old bun, but my headspace and time is tilted towards her for the moment.

I did not know they were made any more! Wouldn’t have had any or known they were, except someone ordered shape #495 instead of shape #459, and shape #495 is cassettes.

Through a typo and an ordering mishap I have 2400 cassette labels to print on. Nice. Oh the ideas.

The strange licensing path of the Vectrex through Smith Engineering, Milton Bradley, and Bandai eventually passed through Apple, and nobody was quite sure what to do with the result.

Oik. I have a pair of X5365s - the early extra-hot quad cores, from my old 8-core Mac Pro. That thing was so brutal fast... felt like nothing could ever come close to it. I replaced it with an iMac that just pipped it in speed.

This is the neat thing about getting older. My mind may be beginning to slow a little, but there's a MASSIVE multiprocessing network built up over decades, and more and more things make more sense more quickly anyway.

-really add is if you need to do a manual process like straightening random angle pages, or cleaning similar stains or marks, or processing images manually is zen out and do all of one process at a time - whether in gimp or PS or whatever - surprising how quickly time goes then!
