1 - Toxin-induced CA as a possible "T": Consider administration of antidotes (e.g. naloxone, ILE). 2 - If PEA, consider "PE" in PEA, and have a vial of tPA and two 50-mL syringes handy and nearby. 3 - Refractory VFib? Consider esmolol.
