Good morning! Partly to mostly sunny, very warm and humid today with high temperatures ranging from the upper 80s to mid 90s. Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible late this afternoon through this evening, with damaging winds and large hail the main threats.

Good Morning! Unsettled conditions continue today with scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms by this afternoon. However, the chance for severe weather and significant flooding is much lower than the past 2 days. A few severe storms will be possible Thursday.

Thunderstorms are expected to develop over the Blue Ridge and make their way into our area by early evening. Most of the activity is expected North of Richmond into the Northern Neck before moving out of the area after 10pm. Below is model forecast radar for later this afternoon.

530AM Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are back in the forecast for this afternoon and evening. Greatest potential of seeing strong to severe storms will be north of Richmond, along the Northern Neck and Maryland Eastern Shore.
