Correct, that is snow! Lots of confusion today. If precip bounces it contains ice - call it sleet or small hail. If precip in flakes it's snow, white balls are melted flakes called graupel.

Thoughts and Prayers from Minnesota. I know that dusting will shut everything down and you'll put on the warmest jacket you can find. We're out here in T Shirts at 20 degrees and 30 plus inches of snow this month but the sun makes it feel warm so its all good! :P All in good fun.
