Des Moines is currently at 39.1" of snow since January 11. We could break our 40-day snowfall record (43.5" 1912) with the snowfall expected Tuesday night-Wednesday!

Snowfall still steadily coming down in the DSM metro and much of central Iowa. Large snowflakes + light wind will efficiently pile up! Roads remain slick and snow covered. Check with for the latest road conditions in your area!
