BREAKING 📰: The first 90 degree reading of the year in our area has been observed at our Charleston climate site, Yeager Airport. This also ties the record high for the day, set back in 1976. The last time Charleston reached 90 degrees in April was in 2017. 🤓🌞

Temperatures are expected to drop into the low to mid 30s in rural, sheltered valley locations tonight and a frost advisory has been issued. Early season plants will be susceptible to frost, so bring them in or cover them to provide protection.
