A great article around how we refer to parents while their child is with us, for us is on neonatal units. What we learn from this article & subsequent comments is that it's individual & we need to be in conversation with our parents & ask what they would like us to call them!!

It feels as though gardens would be so helpful for our Neonatal families, I can't imagine spending time without being able to go into a natural space, especially during challenging/significant family times
