Most SNAP recipients are working, looking for work, cannot work due to a disability, or are full-time caretakers for children or relatives with disabilities. They could suffer major losses if the Farm Bill isn't funded and passed this year.

Most farmers have had negative farm income in recent years, and the projects net farm income will decrease another $4.3 billion in 2018, marking a 52% drop since 2013. Congress must increase spending on farm programs, and they must do so soon:
