Sully & Trooper Johnson- I read that commercial vehicles are not required to cover or secure their loads, but the rest of us are? This happens A LOT here in WA. Have you done a story on this?

I just did one last week. Under state law, trucks do NOT have to cover, if they have 6” of freeboard on the side. Big loophole that could be closed under new bill in Oly.
