In Ardee and I visited 102 new family homes built off site at a rate of 10 p/month - the estate is still a green field on Google Maps. Great to see families from both housing lists and emergency accom making this new community a success.

CSO confirms today that in the 12 months to the end of June 2019, house prices rose by 2%. It was 11.9% for the corresponding period only one year ago. We will do more to deliver more affordable homes, but the 20,000+ new homes delivered in the past year is having an impact.

Inspecting internet facilities in the study room of a new family hub in Dublin. Big thanks to & the DRHE for all the work they are doing helping families out of hubs and in to homes. Less families in EA today than this time last year but still far too many.
