Excellent soccer book by , out 8/27/19. I need more soccer books for my students, and this had some timely political issues AND made me tear up at the end. Good stuff!

How did I miss this interesting ghost mystery series by ? Definitely purchasing all three books for next year. Love the use of Norma Desmond as a character. Clever.

has it. I like to read all titles before I buy them, and digital ARCs are very helpful. Otherwise, I get them from the public library. I do buy a lot of books for my library and want to spend the money well!

Why summer is hard: I know JUST the student who needs Dough Boys but can't give it to him. When school starts, I'll send it home with his sister, since he'll be at high school. 😢

Battle Bugs by Patton, Infamous Ratsos by LaReau, Stick Dog by Watson and Two Dogs in a Trench Coat by Falatko. The last two might need some help, but they are really funny.
