Which foods do you avoid just because they take too long to prepare? Acorn squash used to be one for me, but more recently, I've found roasting actually makes the skin soft enough to eat!

I don't always like making meatballs since it takes a while to make. However, these Asian-inspired, flavor-loaded meatballs with scallions, ginger, and sesame oil in a Hoisin based sauce are definitely worth it!

When making stuffed chicken, I think cutting each chicken breast in half is more efficient than pounding, but I've never done a direct comparison. Do you have a preferred method? Or any hints or tips for making stuffed chicken?

What are some of your favorite no-bake desserts? I'm always a fan of personal sized treats, so this sweet and tart mini key lime mousse pies sounds wonderful. No baking required and full of yumminess!

When making zucchini cakes, do you prefer a julienne cut or grating? I prefer the texture of a julienne cut, but I'll often go with grating since it's a bit faster (and the kiddos can help out).

What are some of your favorite banana breads? I'd have to say my favorite is probably this one! The caramelized bananas just add such a wonderful flavor. I know it's an extra step, but it's really worth it in this case.

Denature the enzymes that causes itchiness when eating pineapple with this tasty and simple recipe! I used to get a lot of itchiness with pineapples, but have fewer or no issues with the local pineapples. What about you - how do you deal with it?
