I just want to say I’m glad I stayed up for the Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr fight. It took me a few minutes to decide, but I officially enjoyed the post-fight interview more than the fight itself.

I have three boys ranging from 6-18 yrs of age and they all have positive masculinity in their vocabulary and understanding. Consent is a way of life in our household. They are reminded that they must hold and share space with women. It’s possible.

Children and youth feel the impact of poverty when they don't get the experience of belonging through sports and recreation. I grew up very poor, not having the means to be a part of a team to build my self-esteem. Youth need to belong. Youth need sports!
