Heartbreaking messg I received from a 53 yo nurse in MO (former Repub) in reaction to “send her back.” “I feel gutted & I’ve been grieving. So hateful. The deafening silence from the Republican Party has broken my spirit. It feels like I’ve died a little bit every day.” 😢💔

or the WH could ever cut you off if you were ever pursuing public corruption or criminal matters involving powerful people. you would squak if that’s what’s happening here wouldn’t you?”

This gave me chills from last night: “Hey are you ok? We’ve all been led to believe you would squak if you were ever pressured to drop something to protect the powerful. We’ve all been told you’re the Sovereign District of New York & there’s no way the AG (1/2)

This is an important point: movements that chant “send her back” always eventually come for the Jews. Always. There are few clearer themes in history.

Every federal judge I know - Republican & Democrat appointed- (many) has told me that swearing in new American citizens is one of the greatest honors & touching moments of their entire job (which is saying a lot). That is all.

This should be noted in every headline where Trump’s lawyers say it’s dropped/nothing there. That is a lie.

Except that Trump was 100% implicated in the scheme by Cohen & the SDNY clearly believed that to be true. Once again, Trump escapes charges only because he is the POTUS (now).

The Judge won’t like that. They arguably misrepresented facts.

It would not be easy for them to do. But I do believe it would get out if that was happening.

Weisselberg seems like he had some issues too. Would be strange if they didn’t follow up with him and hold him accountable in some way for the problems it sounds like he has posed as a witness.

I do find it really strange that SDNY reportedly scheduled interviews with witnesses & then never followed through. Also the timing with Barr is suspect. More importantly, does this mean all investigation of Trump Org is done or just this piece on campaign finance violations?
