Agree on the coalition point. That was the obvious response. I guess I am just inherently skeptical that she ever really planned to contest Varanasi without any preparation of a ground game there, etc.

I can’t claim any insider knowledge on this. I’ve always interpreted this an an effort to rattle the BJP and inject some uncertainty into the mix. But could be wrong.
