The bigger question is: Why isn't politicians dropping a bunch of bombs on people legally considered terrorism? We have to get deep with this stuff.

Freedom expands when the political class and politically obsessed are at each others throats. You guys fight it out so the rest of us can be left alone to improve the world.

Anything else? Yeah. The NYT had to issue an apology for promoting the many Iraq War lies. It was not a lack of investigation. The Bush admin did not just lie about tubes.

Yes! And the media ignores that to obsess on petty lies he is telling. The media completely backs the president when they are telling big lies (IE the Iraq war) and then acts outraged at all these ultimately meaningless lies.

Lying is bad. But I'll get upset when one of the lies starts a war.

These politicians drop bombs on men, women, and children for years. I'm really not that outraged when some loon mails them a fake bomb.

Politicians send bombs, that actually explode, to people all the time. Why do we care more about some fake bombs sent to politicians?

It would be hard for Bernie and his supporters to claim it was a false flag when they had clearly identified the guy that did it.

Maybe presidents aren't pressured by society to mass murder people. Maybe they do it because they know people like yourself don't really give a shit if they mass murder people.

You could start trying to change that by actually getting mad when a president mass murders people.

What change do you want? Figure that out and then go out and work for it. Don't wait for a politician to do it for you.

Here is Bernie Sanders criticizing Obama in early 2016 for separating families. This has been going on for a long time.
