We believe in deeds not words. Give on 3 May to re-elect three Labour councillors who have a track record of working hard to make Withington a better, more vibrant and more equal area, against austerity and cuts. 🗳🌹

Let me admit something: I don't bike. I just don't feel safe enough on the streets to risk it. God bless the people that do. What I do like about protected lanes is that they reduce the effective crossing distance by 1/3 and force drivers to slow down. They're not just for bikers

The , the world’s largest establishment propaganda machinery, going after independent journalists for rightfully pointing out the West’s hypocrisy & questioning its dubious motives in Syria, is the most pathetic and cringeworthy thing I‘ve seen since Hillary‘s 2017 book tour.

Yes, and I know it comes on in different ways, but in my case it's been a steady worsening where I've tried to ignore and eventually it affects morale mood etc.

Spent last 2 hours lying on my back on the floor. Managed to get a GP appointment for next week. I'm a stranger to back pain - this is my first real experience of it. Borrowing remedies from son. Lying on floor has actually helped.

Planning is a quirky process. It's a mish mash of different tensions between the democratic, judicial, localism, wider strategic need. I can't remember whether it was Churchill that came up with the phrase, worst of all devices, except for all the rest; but it fits planning well
