Beginning October 13, students between fifth and sixth grade will return the classroom. Seventh and eighth graders will return to the hybrid model on October 19. All high school students are eligible to return to the classroom on October 26.

Student leaders are meeting with Williamsville administrators this afternoon to go over the full reopening plan. No official confirmation that October 26 is the day that students between Grades 5-12 will be back but multiple sources have told us this is the date planned.

Chants of “We Want School” Some kids are trying to crowd surf and others are chucking water bottles. Other than that they’re chanting and hanging around. Most kids have just moved back towards the district offices.

More than 100 students across Williamsville Schools are protesting at the district offices. They want the district to return them to hybrid learning and said remote learning should have been the last option. On remote learning: “They’re just reiterating the school procedures”
