Ah, that’s lovely! I really do like things like this. Small gestures make so much difference whilst a difficult situation is in the process of getting resolved.

You’re right, it really can switch, just like that. I’m sorry to hear you went through that and I hope that things are now well, and stay well for you xx

I agree. Non of us know what is around the corner in our lives. All it takes sometimes is a couple of consecutive knocks & we’re gone. That’s why I hate people who are in a good place looking down on those who are not. The homeless thing particularly breaks my heart

Strange response...When did I suggest that I am better than you? I think you’ll find I didn’t I don’t think I’m better than anyone else. I certainly don’t think occasionally being on TV makes me so And actually, I do a lot to help the homeless. It’s an issue v close to my heart

And while I’m at it...Why do some folk think they are somehow ‘above’ homeless people? Remember - “There but for the grace of God go I”... Most of us are only ever a few steps away from hard times ourselves Kindness costs nothing, but means the world

One of the beauties of the UK is that we are free to challenge/disagree. We don’t end up getting bumped off in Embassies, we don’t get locked up, or our views shut down Treasure that and learn to respectfully disagree When you unnecessarily resort to anger & abuse...You’ve lost

It’s not a “pathetic attempt to discredit” anything I’m merely saying that it’s terrible to daub swear words on topless children & also to give them placards with swear words on. Context/subject=irrelevant If you do find that stuff ok, then as I say...Have a word with yourself

I believe offense is something which is taken rather than given. But having said that, I would of course never go out of my way to try to make someone feel offended.

No, I’m not offended by this at all. I just find doing this to kids; inappropriate, unnecessary, distasteful, degrading and quite frankly, embarrassing. I also feel sorry for people who can’t articulate a point (regardless of what point) publicly without swearing.

Hmmm, so you think it’s ok to cover children in swear words? I don’t - regardless of the circumstances.

If you think it’s ok to cover your children in swear words, or ask them to walk the streets carrying swear words (or indeed, do so yourself), regardless of the subject/reason - you honestly need to look in the mirror and have a serious word with yourself. 🤦🏼‍♀️
