ASIC searches show Angus Taylor was a director and secretary of Eastern Australia Agriculture. Last yr profit $28m. No tax. Sale of water licences $52m. Parent is Eastern Australia Irrigation (Cayman Isles) which appears to have received $14m in interest payments.

I don't think it would be appropriate for Twitter to suspend the account of somebody merely publishing statutory information from ASIC ... particularly as it cost me 40 bucks

plus $19 for the snapshot (to see directors) so, in Australia, we pay $59 to buy public information, already paid for by the public, to find what profit the politicians we pay for made in the Caymans from selling our water licences

Have the shareholdings and directorships of all involved been recorded at the appropriate time on the Register of Members' Interests?

I'm so glad we have someone doing this digging. Is MSM reporting this? And how do we support your work?

Michael his parliamentary register shows only Guffe pastoral and Guffe Pty Ltd as his directorship. What am I missing or is Angus Taylor missing?

ASIC search funding is down. Ownership appears to have changed recently to Eastern Australia Cropping. No suggestion Angus Taylor is involved now at all. He was previously a director and Caymans group until recently a shareholder

Hi Alan, the way to do a one-off is to elect an amount, do the transaction, wait for the transaction to go through - email confirmation - the suspend or cancel the subscription. Many thanks!
