Productive little weekend building a raised bed for some home grown edible goodies and a little herb and garnish bed at the base, considering I have very little understanding of gardening I don’t think it’s half bad

Aubergines, beetroot, peas and kohlrabi all doing well excited for everything to finish growing so I can use it all in the kitchen.

Had an absolutely incredible time down at Hampton Court flower show, getting to cook food in such a lovely environment was brilliant and Tonhave had such a laugh along the way made it even better

Borage has started tonflower, this small flavouring punching beauties will sit well in a light salad or used with desserts my preference is having it with a really light flavoured panna cotta
